# Emergency Home Leave

## Due to the urgent nature of your helper’s home leave case, she can visit the Philippine embassy without an appointment to process her documents.

Please ensure that she brings the following documents with her:

- Booked flight tickets (departure date at most 1 week away)
- Standard Contract and Undertaking (**[PDF](https://hubs.ly/Q03qCMVL0)**)
- OWWA form (**[PDF](https://hubs.ly/Q03qCMVK0)**)
- Her physical work permit and passport
- A copy of the employer’s ID (both sides) and passport
- Access to her POEA account (both email and password)

If the above documents are in order, the embassy will be able to process all her documents on the **same day**.
