Before a helper's profile is published, we ensure that her documentation is complete, her employer signed the consent to transfer (for helpers in Singapore). We interview the helper to build her employment history. We also discuss her motivation and understand the context of her job search.
We also collect feedbacks from current employers.
We exclude helpers with a negative record: police case against them, money lender (loan shark), problematic attitude toward us or negative feedback from her employer after an internal assessment.
This vetting process, along with presentation videos, multiple pictures, potential feedback from the current employer, and the direct communication between both parties ensure a better success rate than the traditional employment agencies.
