# How to hire a helper located outside of Singapore?

Once you have identified the helper outside of Singapore, you can contact our agency and we can help you bring your helper in from their home country to Singapore in a transparent and fully compliant way. 

We will handle the entire paperwork process digitally and ensure it is hassle-free for you. 

Timeline before the helper can join your family:

- 4 to 5 weeks if she previously worked abroad or in Singapore
- 5 to 6 weeks if she has never worked abroad
