A helper is unresponsive or unavailable, how to report her?

We contact all helpers every two days to ensure that they are still available. 


Employers can also contribute to maintaining an updated list of helpers. Reporting any unresponsive or unavailable helper is easy: the ‘report’ button appears on top of the helper’s profile and the employer can indicate the reason for the report.


Our team will review and follow up internally, including by removing the helper’s profile if relevant.
