Our team is dedicated to contacting helpers every 2 days to ensure they are still available.
Employers can also help keep the list of helpers updated. Reporting any unresponsive or unavailable helper is straightforward: the ‘report’ button appears at the top-right-hand corner of the helper’s profile, allowing the employer to specify the reason for the report.
Our team will review and follow up internally, and if necessary, remove the helper’s profile.
