Before publishing a helper's profile, we ensure their documentation is complete, including obtaining consent from their employer (for helpers in Singapore) for transfer.
Additionally, we conduct interviews with the helper to gather details about their employment history and to understand their motivations and the circumstances surrounding their job search.
In our vetting process, we also collect feedback from current employers. We exclude helpers with a negative record, such as those with police cases against them, involvement with money lenders (loan sharks), or problematic attitudes toward us, as well as those with negative feedback from their employer after an internal assessment.
This thorough vetting process, combined with presentation videos, multiple pictures, potential feedback from current employers, and direct communication between both parties, ensures a higher success rate than traditional employment agencies.
