Before publishing a helper's profile, we ensure that the required documents are completed, including obtaining a copy of the helper’s consent to transfer, including the reason for termination, current salary, transfer date, and feedback from her current employer (for transfer helpers in Singapore).
We exclude helpers with a negative record, such as police cases against them, involvement with illegal money lenders (loan sharks), problematic attitudes toward the agency, and those with negative feedback from their employer after an internal assessment.
Combined with presentation videos, multiple pictures, feedback from current employers, and direct communication between employers and helpers, our vetting process ensures a higher success rate than traditional employment agencies.
