The first step is to download the We Are Caring mobile app and sign up for a free account, to get instant access to all available profiles of helpers, including their work experience, presentation videos and references from employers.
Once you have identified relevant candidates, you can purchase a one-time 30 days Premium pass to publish your job ad, start receiving applications from helpers and even pro-actively contact any helper. You can chat with helpers inside the mobile app and suggest a video call or to meet in person at your convenience, directly at your home or at our office located at 61 Killiney Road (near Somerset MRT).
Once you have found the right helper and agreed on the job conditions, such as salary and days off, you can send her a job offer in the app to confirm the hiring.
