My helper is pregnant, what should I do?

If you notice signs like fatigue, nausea, vomiting, missed periods, or sudden weight gain in your helper, it is best to have an open conversation with her.

If she confirms that she is pregnant or if you strongly suspect it based on the signs, we would highly recommend that she go for a proper pregnancy test at a clinic to provide clarity on the situation.

If the pregnancy test is positive, she will have to return home as she is no longer allowed to work, even if she does not wish to keep the baby.

The employer will have to update MOM of the helper's pregnancy and upload a copy of the doctor's memo.
